TexasLand USA, LLC (“TexasLand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates texaslandusa.com and the other channels described below. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to: (i) websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy; (ii) social media pages we operate; and (iii) other communications we send you that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy does not cover information collected through other means.

Our Services are intended for individuals located in the United States, and we are located in the United States.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message when you contact us through the Services.

  • Newsletter signup: your name and email address.

  • Merchandise orders: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and order details when you purchase merchandise through the Services. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number. See Section 12 (Third-Party Payment Services).

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Services, including:

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Browser type, device type, and operating system

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages

  • Cookie and device identifiers

We collect this information through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics. See Section 5 (Cookies & Tracking) for details.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

We use third-party service providers to operate the Services and fulfill orders, including a website and e-commerce platform provider and merchandise fulfillment partners. We may receive information from them as described in Section 6 (How We Share Your Information) below.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form

  • Send and manage the newsletter and other updates to subscribers who opt in. Users may unsubscribe at any time

  • Process, fulfill, and ship merchandise orders, and handle related customer service

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including understanding how visitors use them

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Services use cookies necessary for our website and online store to function (e.g., session, cart, and security cookies).

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps, and online resources. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information with our third-party service providers, including:

  • Payment processors: to securely process payments for merchandise purchases.

  • Merchandise fulfillment providers: who receive the name, shipping address, and order details needed to print, package, and ship merchandise orders directly to customers.

  • Our website and e-commerce platform provider: which processes visitor data, store orders, and payment transactions on our behalf.

  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics): to help us understand how the Services are used, as described in Section 5.

  • Our email/newsletter service provider: to deliver newsletters and manage subscriptions and unsubscribes.

  • Professional advisors, successors, and legal authorities: where necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

Each of these providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. For example, order and transaction records are generally kept for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes, and newsletter contact information is kept until you unsubscribe. We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link. In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer.

12. Third-Party Payment Services

The Services may provide functionality allowing you to make payments using a third-party payment service with which you have created your own account. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your personal information will be collected by such a third party and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any such third party’s collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Effective Date.”
